User Provided Data

• Nickname: The Game collects and stores the nickname entered by a User during the Game creation / join process. The nickname collected from a User is used solely for the purpose of distinguishing the players in the Game and enhancing the gaming experience. A User nickname is visible by other Game participants and can be edited at any time.

• Email address / User ID: The Game allows You to optionally create an account using a social login from a third-party platform (e.g. Google, Facebook). If You create an account with this method, We may collect Your user ID or Your email address as provided by the third-party service. Such a login method allows to verify Your identity without having to create a dedicated account and without re-entering Your credentials each time You launch the Game. Your email address is used solely to set up Your account and eventually by Us to contact You in connection with the Game and is not visible or shared with anyone.

• Chat messages: The Game stores the textual messages You send to other players via the in-Game chat in order to distribute them to other players and to prevent any abuse. Please note that information You post in the Game chat will be publicly available and viewable by other players. We do not hold any liability for any information that You voluntarily choose to be public through such and/or other explicit actions.

Automatically Collected Data

• User ID: The Mobile Game provides a seamless sign in experience by leveraging mobile games services provided by Google Play Games (Android) and Apple Game Center (iOS). If You already have such an account configured on Your mobile device, You will be automatically signed in with it by default. This implies that Your gamer identity is shared with Us in respect with these services’ respective privacy policies.

• Game data: The Game collects and stores data related to the Game rounds played by Users including but not limited to Game scores, achievements, and progress as well as the data associated with any crashes, bugs and malfunctions. This data is used to track and display Game progress, scores, achievements, and related statistics within the Game. It helps personalize the User experience and may be used to improve the Game’s features, to optimize the Game’s performances and to improve the security.

• IP address / Approximate location: To respect legal obligations, We need to determine Your approximate location to possibly request Your consent to display advertisements in some countries. It can also be used to facilitate targeting, delivery, and measurement of online advertising on third-party services (Google AdMob) and in order to show you advertisements that may be useful, relevant, or of interest to You. This information can also be used to fight against fraud or abuse.

• Device IDs: Identifiers that relate to an individual device, browser, or app can be shared with third-parties in order to provide the Service (authentication, crash reporting, fraud detection). For example, Your IMEI number, MAC address, Device ID, Firebase installation ID, or advertising identifier.

• App interactions / Anonymous data: Information about how Users interact with Our Game may be recorded to guide Us in improving existing features or developing new ones or to make future performance improvements. For example, the number of times You visit a page, what You tap on or to see how many Users are using a particular feature. We will also collect anonymized details about Users on the use of Our Game for the purposes of creating aggregated statistics or reporting purposes. However, no single individual will be identifiable from the anonymized details We collect for these purposes.

Data Storage

We securely store the Game data using Google Firebase services which encrypt data in transit using HTTPS and for many of them also encrypt their data at rest (for Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase App Check).

Security

• Firebase App Check: the Game relies on Firebase App Check that uses Google reCAPTCHA behind the scene, a service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to protect Our website from spam and abuse. Google reCAPTCHA uses advanced risk analysis techniques to distinguish humans from bots. In order to provide this service, Google reCAPTCHA sets cookies on Your device when You interact with Our website and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

• Google/Facebook Authentication: the Game delegates the authentication with a Google/Facebook account to Firebase Authentication which uses security cookies to authenticate Users, prevent fraudulent use of login credentials, and protect User data from unauthorized parties. For example, it uses cookies called “SID” and “HSID” which contain digitally signed and encrypted records of a User’s Google account ID and most recent sign-in time.

Advertising

Cookies used for advertising include serving and rendering ads, personalizing ads, limiting the number of times an ad is shown to a User, muting ads You have chosen to stop seeing, and measuring the effectiveness of ads. We do not use the Game to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If We become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without parental consent, We will take immediate steps to delete the information from Our servers.

Note that idle games data, even when they do not contain any personal information, is deleted on a regular basis.
If You have been sanctioned in relation to Our Service, We cannot delete the data regarding Your sanction as to allow Us to maintain Your sanction.
